Egg contains all the nutrients except carbohydrate and vitamin C.
An egg weighing 60 grams contain 6 gram protein,6 gram fats,30 mg calcium and 1.5 mg iron and supplies about 70 kcal of energy.
Egg protein has all the 9 essential amino acids needed by body in right proportions.
Nutritionist cosider egg protein as the best among food proteins.
